SEO Myth #7
The more pages, the better.
Nope, not true. Not all of the pages on your website will be indexed (meaning they won’t be found by Google); and the ones that are indexed may not stay there. Rather than focusing on the quantity of content, focus on the quality. (Yes, Google’s algorithm knows the difference.) Your website will be considered more relevant, and therefore more likely to be displayed in search engine results, if your content is optimized and relevant.

SEO Myth #8
You don’t have to optimize images.
Yeah, ya do! Google cannot “see” images, so it is very important that you make your images known to Google by optimizing them. If you don’t, you could be missing out on huge opportunities to be seen…especially if you site is image heavy!
SEO Myth #9
Mobile optimization isn’t a priority.
Sorry, but this one couldn’t be further from the truth. Your website simply MUST be optimized for mobile. Why? It’s how people are finding you! Don’t deny them an opportunity. Making your design responsive, meaning that the site adapts to the size of the screen your site is being viewed on, is critical to website traffic.
