Last week, SDB Creative Group shared one of the resolutions we have made for 2013. We have heard from some of you and you too have some great ideas to grow your business this year. We can’t wait to share them with you all at the end of the month, so keep them coming! Today, we have our 2nd step to success!

Our second New Year’s resolution is to stay grateful. We have clients that have been with us since we first opened SDB Creative Group. We are thankful for their continued trust and would do anything in our power to help them achieve their business goals. We want all of our clients to feel the same way. Whether you have been with us for years or just a week, we are grateful for you and promise not to take your business for granted.

In West Texas, everyone is busy and the workforce is spread thin. If you have been to a restaurant lately, a 30 minute wait is not uncommon. I went to Dallas a couple of weeks ago, and had the best service at several restaurants and realize they were grateful for my business. What a concept! I realized with all of the hustle and bustle of this area that it is easy to fall into the trap of being complacent about service and that is not how we want our clients to feel. We want them to feel as valued as the day we signed them and that is what we are committed to do this year.

So from SDB Creative Group to you, thank you for serving the community and we are grateful for all you do!

What are some ways you show your gratitude for your clients? No matter what your company does from pump supplies to spa treatments, we all have competition. Don’t we all want out clients and customers to know that we value them far more than our competitor will?
