Rhonda answers the phone, Carl pays the bills, Ellen and Jack generate sales, and Karen is the manager to make sure everything runs smoothly. The key here is they all work together, doing different things towards an overall purpose that they all share.
So you can’t really answer the question, “well which one do I need?” You need everyone to successfully operate your business.
