“SDB created a content calendar and published blogs on a variety of topics, incorporating both the primary care and medical spa interests. In addition to social media management/maintenance and blogging, SDB worked with Be Beautiful to create a couple of “offers” to promote.
Be Beautiful began offering $200 off a CoolSculpting treatment and a free consultation offer. SDB began promoting these offers across social media, as well as including the offers within blog content. These offers brought in leads very quickly (21 in August, 35 in September, and 42 in October).
With these leads came contact information, so Be Beautiful was able to build their contact base (which was previously nonexistent). After building a contact base and sorting those contacts into segmented lists (according to interest), SDB began sending a weekly email. This email included any current promotions, a link to the week’s blog, primary care tips, medical spa information, etc.
After implementing an inbound program, Be Beautiful’s contact database has grown to 114 people, 98 of which were leads interested in a service provided by Be Beautiful.”
