We’re on to marketing gripe number 2, radio advertising.

(If you missed the first one, catch it here.)

Picture this: you’re jamming out to your favorite tunes (no judgment for Justin Bieber’s latest jams) and BAM! You’re interrupted by a radio ad. What do you do?

My guess is you switch stations, right?

Unless you have satellite radio, in which case you aren’t listening to commercials anyways…

Get Started With Marketing...

…that actually works!

That is the reason radio advertising is a marketing gripe for me. It’s interruptive. And in the rare case I do leave it on for a commercial, I’m either 1) not listening or 2) annoyed that I’m listening to a radio ad (not exactly what you want me thinking when I’m hearing about your business).

So, if the majority of us aren’t listening to radio advertising or are annoyed by it in general, then it’s a waste of your marketing dollars. But wait, we have the solution!

It’s a matter of making the switch from something that doesn’t work to something that does.

Rather than using interruptive tactics to get your consumers’ attention, use appealing tactics to gain their attention. It’s making the change from marketing with a sledgehammer to marketing with a magnet.

Make sense?

So get started on marketing that works today! This “new” form of marketing, online marketing, isn’t going anywhere. In fact, it’s growing daily. Get in touch with us by submitting the form above!

Trust us, you’ll be glad you did.
