It’s the week of Halloween!

Time for tricks & treats, spooks & scares, frights & fears…

So of course, we have to stick to a “Halloween theme” for this week’s blog series.

(I mean, what kind of “creative” agency wouldn’t use this day as an excuse to share some frightening marketing facts?!)

So read on…if you dare!

Marketing Fact #1

By 2020, customers will manage 85% of their relationship without talking to a human.

If that doesn’t scare you, I don’t know what will! Some of you may really enjoy talking to people to solve a problem, and some would rather be put through an automated system to avoid having to deal with someone. As for me, I’d much rather chat online or communicate via email to “manage a customer relationship.” While a lot of this depends on age, a lot of it depends on the technology available.

Scared Yet?

Don't be! We want to help!

Think about it. Long ago, in the times before the Internet, the ONLY way people could communicate was via phone, print, or face to face. There is no doubt that the Internet has truly revolutionized the way we do business, the way we shop, the way we communicate, the way we LIVE.

Wouldn’t you agree?

The Internet has also changed the way we, as marketers, reach people. How so? Cue Internet marketing. Internet marketing is the new way to reach people, in a way that not only gains their attention, but in a way that develops a relevant awareness of your company. This relevant awareness leads to increased leads and sales due to the fact that your customers will see you as not only a credible industry leader (thanks to the awesome content they find on your website), but a relevant communicator in this Internet-savvy, mobile obsessed, society we live in.

The Internet has changed our world. It’s time your marketing makes a change, too.

So what are you waiting on? Let’s get started! Contact us by submitting the form above!
