Ahh, Facebook. The beginning of “social media” as we now know it. Whether you’re “liking,” “commenting” or “sharing,” once most people try Facebook, they’re hooked.
Worldwide, there are over 1.65 billion monthly active Facebook users (MAUs) which is a 15% increase year over year. (Source: Facebook as of 4/27/16)
Chances are, your target consumer(s) fall under the 1.65 billion people who use Facebook monthly. So, as a business owner, or person involved in marketing a business, what does that mean?

You might say, “oh I know how to use Facebook. I’ve been using it for years.” Well, that’s great, but Facebook for business and Facebook for personal use are two completely different games.
Yes, the platform is the same, but things like content, targeting, and interaction all have to be taken into account. Facebook has created a challenging marketing media, to be honest. The reach that a business page gets is not what it used to be; and creating content in a way that gives your business a human element is key. However, there is a balance between creating content with a human element and personal content.
