Ahh, Facebook. The beginning of “social media” as we now know it. Whether you’re “liking,” “commenting” or “sharing,” once most people try Facebook, they’re hooked.

Yes, the platform is the same, but things like content, targeting, and interaction all have to be taken into account. Facebook has created a challenging marketing media, to be honest. The reach that a business page gets is not what it used to be; and creating content in a way that gives your business a human element is key. However, there is a balance between creating content with a human element and personal content.
