Alright, a moment of confession. Anyone who knows me very well knows that I am slightly crazy obsessed with nail polish. I’m a self-proclaimed nail polish snob. If my nails aren’t painted, I feel like a small part of me is missing. Sad? Yes, I know.

However, I am not “slightly crazy obsessed” with just any nail polish. OPI nail polish, to be particular. Why OPI nail polish? The shimmer? The smoothness? The shine?

No, no and no.

So why am I so crazy obsessed with OPI nail polish? I love the creative names of the colors. I mean, what part of “My Paprika is Hotter Than Yours” or “Lourve Me or Louve Me Not” doesn’t make you want to slather on a layer? Beats me!

OPI even makes certain collections; everything from Minnie Mouse to Ford Mustang and even the Nordic collection (for Fall and Winter). Of course you can’t buy just one color of the collection, it’s only right to buy the entire collection to compliment the other colors! But don’t worry, OPI gives you an option there too. They package their collections into mini polishes, obviously discounted so you can own the whole collection. (Just a side note, the mini polish collections usually aren’t available until the regular-sized collection has been out for awhile. So don’t run out and buy the regular-sized collection when it first comes out. I learned that the hard way…)

Catch Them With Creativity

Okay, so let me get to my point (there really is one, I swear). It’s not the product itself, or even the quality of the product, but the creativity of the brand that is most appealing to me. I am brand loyal to OPI, solely because of the level of uniqueness they bring to the nail polish market. Is your brand unique?
