Without a doubt, technology has changed the way we communicate.

Wouldn’t you agree?

Think about it. Social media has allowed us to connect with people you wouldn’t have otherwise. It has given you the opportunity to keep in touch with friends and family both near and afar. A quick Snapchat, mention, comment or post can bring two worlds together with the click of a button.

Crazy, huh?

Technology Brings People Together.

So can your marketing...

Technology has also changed the ways in which we communicate (this isn’t necessarily a good thing…). Honestly, I hardly EVER talk on the phone anymore. In fact, I kind of dread it. I would much rather you text or email me so I can respond on my own time (selfish, I know). This allows for saved time and convenient response, but it has also altered the culture of our society. Social skills (or lack thereof) have changed and mobile devices have become a distraction. So yes, there are good and bad things about this change in communication.

Go For It!

Technology has also changed the way people date. I can’t tell you how many couples I’ve met who have met online. Would these people have ever met if it weren’t for technology as we now know it? And hey, I’m all for utilizing technology….anything from sending a tweet or getting married, go for it!

I know by this point in the week you are wondering how the heck all this tech talk relates to your marketing…but it does, I promise! You’ll have to stay tuned until tomorrow to see the big reveal….
